  Catkins of Salix sp. based on S. A. Mori & C. A. Gracie 28003 from the Zofnas Family Preserve/Westchester Wilderness Walk, Weschester Co., New York. The catkins are spreading (not pendent like most catking bearing plants). Reports indicate that species are insect pollinated.
