Envelope containing host fragments. Original handwritten packet. Note by F. Rappaz (Inst. Bot. Syst., Univ. Lausanne Suisse, 2 Jul 1984): "The wood structure shows that this material is on Salix sp. not Acer, which confirms that D. macounii is a synonym of D. bullata".
