    In open soaking soil at brookside. Cleared gallery forest. A few scattered original trees still remain, these to over 30 m tall & 1 m. dbh.

    Sedge with trigonous culms. In clumps, each clump with about a dozen flowering culms each, forming a colony. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
