  • Description

    Rush-like, tussocks to 60 cm. Leaves linear, flowers yellow, 6 mm long; pendulous fruit, spherical, 3 mm. Inflorescence blackening at maturity. 6 spreading petals, strongly veined. Center darker yellow. Slight red-brown markings at fusion. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
