Morning Star garden, in partial shade.

Description
Shrub, low (in partial shade); abundant large red flowers which do not open, with stamens protruding from red tubular corolla. Looks much like common Hibiscus except that flowers do not open. Garden plant. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
