-3	Perithecia gregarious, ovate-globose, buried, except the apex
º J^and erumpent black shining narrow compressed ostiolum, about
^	mm. diam; asci oblong-ovate, short-stipitate, obsoletely para-
physate, 8-spored, 35-45X10-12/*. Sporidia biseriate, oVate,
^ ^ unkeptate, not constricted, smoky-hyaline, 8-10X4/*.
1	The asci and sporidia resemble those of SpJiaerella.
