  • Description

    Palm caespitose, 4 stems; stems 3.9 m. tall; dbh 4 cm. Stems covered with rings of flattened brown spines. 11 contemporaneaous leaves, pinnae on a single plane, ca 32 per side. leaf sheath 20 cm. long; petiole 36 cm. long, rachis 1.7 m. long. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
