Description
Solitary palm with subterranean trunk. 5-6 leaves in crown spirally arranged and spreading.Leaf sheath is fibrous with a true leaf petiole only 29-33 cm. long with smooth margins, adaxially channeled and abaxially rounded. [See label for further plant description.]. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
