Description

Solitary palm with subterranean trunk. 3-4 leaves in crown spirally arranged and spreading to erect. leaf sheath is fibrous and true leaf petiole only 11-25 cm. long with smooth margins, adaxially channeled and abaxially rounded. [See label for further plant description.]. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
