    On sloping rock bank of river where shaded by trees and wet by seepage, in patches of thin turf with Saxifraga nuttallii, Saxifraga mertensiana, Saxifraga aff. occidentalis, Mimulus guttatus. Occurs at and to ca. 8 feet above scour-line of the river.
