    Palm 20 m x 38 cm. Leaf sheath 2.9 m long; petiole 2.65 m x 7 cm diam; rachis 9.32 m long, 195 pinnae each side. Inflorescence peduncle 5 cm long. Staminate flowers; tepals and stamens cream, fragrant. Infructescence 26 cm; peduncle 1.5 m; bract 2.6 m; pedicel 9 cm. Fruits brown, 16 cm diam, persistent calyx on fruit 9 cm long. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
