    Heavily grazed meadow on fine silty pumice soil. Wet areas fed by perennial springs, drier margins intergrading into Pinus contorta forest and Artemisia tridentata scrub upland. With Iris missouriensis, Stellaria longipes, Dodecatheon, Taraxicum, Achillea, Juncus, Carex, Ribes spp. Common on drier margins of meadow.

Heavily grazed meadow on fine silty pumice soil. Wet areas fed
by perennial springs, drier margins intergrading into Pinus
contorta forest and Artemisia tridenta scrub upland. Abundant
head-cutting by cattle, inside and outside of fenced exclosure.
With Iris missouriensis, Stellaria longipes, Dodecatheon,
Taraxicum, Achillea, Juncus, Car ex, Ribes spp.
Common on drier margins of meadow. Flws yellow.
