Costa Rica. Puntarenas. Foothills of the mountains east of Quepos. Pacific Slope of the Talamanca Range.

Habitat
Forested foothills. Edge of forest in partial shade. Evergreen tropical wet forest formations with a dry period from December to April. Unusually dry at this time with very little flowering in the forest understory.

Description
Treelet 3 m. tall; corollas white, marked with green at the mouth; stem trichomes grayish. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
