Description
gregarious. Pileus 3-7 cm broad, convex to plane, dry, subtomentose, olive to olive brown, cracking slightly to minutely areolate in some areas. Flesh pale yellow at first, whitish with age, with mild odor and taste, erratically bluing then rarely. Hymenophore adnate, yellow, sometimes bluing when bruised. Stipe 4-10 cm long, 7-15 mm broad, equal and pinched at the base, dry, subpruinose, yellow to orange yellow at apex, red below, white at base (dirty pale yellow in notched specimens), with interior pale yellow, bluing (this how the description ends). Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
