  • Habitat

    Disturbed open gallery forest (bosque tropical subcaducifolio perturbado) in bottom of arroyo. Transitional to dry oak forest (bosque seco de Quercus con una Zamia) on adjoining slopes, with Inga eriocarpa - Licania gonzalezii - Cecropia - Ficus, and Cissampelos pareira, Desmodium tortuosum, Rhynchosia tarphantha, Machaerium salvadorense, Psidium guajava, Heteropterys laurifolia, Eugenia capuli, and epiphytic Bromeliac. and Orchidac. (incl. Encyclia chacoensis). Moist sand among rocks near water.
