Note: although in Genera of Polypores = lost type, and at CBS website Oct 2010 this = nomen dubium, our type of Polyporus vivax Berk. was annotated by Ryvarden in May 2005 as Antrodiella cf. höhnelii (Bres.) Niemelä, which = Antrodiella serpula (P. Karst.) Spirin & Niemelä, this is the current name that we are using
