Mostly semi-deciduous, chapparal-like scrub. 4 trees seen on edge of woodlands.

Description
Very pretty 5-6 m tree, possibly good for ornamental use. Flowers in well developed upper branches (unreachable) white, arranged on the end of a 2-3 " stalk in balls; bark smoothish, whitish-brown. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
