    Dense grazed sagebrush scrub with occasional granitic outcrops. With Artemisia tridentata, Purshia tridentata, Leymus cinereus, Achnatherum hymenoides, Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus, Holodiscus microphylla, Ribes cereum, Phacelia bicolor, occasional Cercocarpus ledifolius. Occasional in scrub. Deep soil of decomposed granite and pumice.
