Habitat
Atoll beach strand. Tropical atoll consisting of 46 small islands surround a 5 mile wide lagoon. Most inslands uninhabitated but all planted wtih coconut. Typical Pacific beach strand/littoral forest vegetation mixed with agroforest (coconut, breadfruit).

Herb to 1.5 m tall; Aster with yellow flowers, forming clumps behind beach.
