    Wet cliff face, shaded. Old-growth, hilltop forest fragment surounded by sakau plantations below. Large cliff section. Very rocky unstable soil, High canopy (20-25m) dominated by Elaeocarpus carolinensis. Very shaded understory with Pandanus (dubious ?) and Clinostigma palms abundant in midstory. East-facing slope aspect, very moist conditions, especially on cliff face. Hill top identified on map as Dolen Nankep.

    Fern, entire frond pressed. Growing in clumps, dark rachis and stipe, lobed pinne.
