Habitat
Deep narrow canyon running S-N, with soft pumice soil and bishop tuff rhyolite ridges above. Shady perennial stream, 6dm wide, in Pinus contorta forest. With Geum macrophyllum, Arnica mollis, Epilobium angustifolium, E. ciliatum, Sphenosciadium capitellatum, Thalictrum, Carex. Common stream edges.
