White sand forest with low crowns.

Description
Slender clustering undergrowth palmlet to 2m tall. Stems 5mm diam., black below, green above with black scales. Leaves ca. 7 in crown; sheaths pale with black scales; young leaf reddish tinged. Inflorescence to 30cm; flowers minute, red, with slight fecal aroma. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
