On northwest-facing slope. With Ribes, Rhodiola, Salix and Pinus. In rocky (granitic) soil.

Description
Caespitose perennials, the caudex branches covered with marcescent leaves; leaves nearly glabrous above, with stalked, 2-4 rayed tichomes below and occasional simple cilia; petals yellow; styles 1-2 mm long; fruits narrowly lanceolate to ovoid, glabrous, to 8 mm long and 3 mm wide, twisted at maturity. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower, Fruit.
