    Grass/scrub oak mosaic with Agave chrysantha, Arabis perennans, Arenaria eastwoodiae, Bouteloua gracilis, Ceanothus greggii, Ceanothus montanus, Cirsium neomexicanum, Elymus glauca, Eriogonum wrightii, Erysimum repandum, Gutierrezia sarothrae, Juniperus deppeana, Juniperus osteosperma, Marrubium vulgare, Menodora scabra, Nolina microcarpa, Opuntia whipplei, Purshia stansburiana, Quercus gambelii, Q. turbinella, and Rhus trilobata.

  • Description

    Pale gray-green perennial to 6 dm tall; stems erect, 1-several; corolla violet, lower lobes flaring, upper ca. erect to ca. deflexed, blue; tip of staminode pale yellow. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
