    Gently NE-facing slope. Grazed Artemisia tridentata scrub with Symphoricarpos rotundifolius, Leptodactylon pungens, Koeleria macrantha, Eriogonum umbellatum, Ribes cereum, Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus. Common and showy in scrub. Mixed pumice/basaltic alluvium over basaltic bedrock.
