    Disturbed roadside with decomposed granitic soil and road cinders. Shallow roadcut into open Pinus monophylla woodland and grazed Artemisia tridentata scrub. With Purshia tridentata, Chrysothamnus nauseosus, C. viscidiflorus, Prunus andersonii, Argemone munita. Abundant on disturbed roadsides.
