    Pileus to 50 mm wide, broadly convex with wavy edge, surface with areolute brownish squamules, densest at center, occasionally warn off, ground color whitish buff squamules medium brown. lamellae whitish buff, often split. stipe up to 42 x 5 mm. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
