    On limestone benches. With sagebrush, rabbitbush and snowberry below spruce-fir forest. Common. Light brown soil, pH ca. 7.2.

  • Description

    Corollas blue-violet, more red-violet towards base and within throat, lobes blue, throat paler and with 2 weak white ridges withing abaxially; anthers black; nectar sweetly fragrant. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
