This plant is abundent in c&atinga margin
and along roadsides.

Beautiful shrub to Am. with spreading and
ascending branches bearing showy racemes
of flowers. Leaves rather blue-green,
paler beneath. Flowers with concave
yellow bracts, deciduous at anthers is O
Flowers bright yellow. Anthers cream.
