    Herb, 1-1.5 m tall, free peduncle green, bracts distichous, red, upper margin yellow, inner side orange (-red) to yellow, rhachis red to yellowish red, slightly tinged with orange, bracteoles hyaline, yellowish; flowers orange, ovary yellow, pedicels yellowish white. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
