United States of America. Arizona. Coconino Co. Grand Canyon National Park, off North Bass Trail, ca. 1-3/4 miles down and south of trailhead, White Canyon, just above where trail takes off away from water in creek.

Habitat
In White Canyon, no water. With Pinus edulis, Cercocarpus montanum, Penstemon rostriflorus, P. barbatus, Arctostaphylos, Pinus ponderosa, Heterotheca villosa, Garrya flavescens. Common. Below Coconino Sandstone in Supai formation.
