    1.3 m. tall. Flowers pink, almost odorless, visited by various sized bees, including honeybees and large carpenter bees, all of which crawl or "swim" around on the surface of the ball of stamens and seem to be collecting pollen but no nectar. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
