    Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide, Version 2012. Could not locate a highway called PR-11 in the vicinity of Castro in the State of Parana. Only one highway—called PR-151 – departs from Castro heading North, therefore assumed that road to be the one along which this collection was made. Georeferenced to 17 km N along PR-151 from the point along PR-151 closest to the approximate center of the town of Castro, in Mun. Jaguariaíva, Parana. Using Google Maps – Text Search, located the town of Castro and the only road departing from the town to the North. Using Google Maps – Satellite View to visualize the area, and beginning at the point along PR-151 closest to the approximate center of the town of Castro (-24.791603, -50.015824), used Google Maps – Measure Distance tool to measure approximately 17 km (17.0000 km) along PR-151 to the North. Using Google Maps – What's Here tool, found coordinates (final) for a point just alongside the road adjacent to the offset. Note: These coordinates happened to be at an elevation of approximatly 980 m elevation. Using Measure Distance tool again, found the linear extent of the starting location of the offset by measuring from the starting coordinates along PR-151 near the approximate center of Castro to the farthest extent of Castro along PR-151 (-24.761094, -50.007872). Input linear extent (3.4850 km), coordinate precision (0.00001 degrees), distance precision (1 km), datum (WGS84), and measurement error (0.0005 km) into the MaNIS Georeferencing Calculator to find the uncertainty radius.
