    Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide, Version 2012. Georeferenced to the approximate geographic midpoint between the city of Ubaitaba and the town of Maraú, in Mun. Maraú, Bahia. Using Google Maps - Satellite View, located the city of Ubaitaba and the town of Maraú. Beginning at the approximate geographic center of the city of Ubaitaba (-14.3114606 -39.321785), used Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps), to measure a straight line to the approximate geographic center of the town of Maraú (-14.1039882 -39.0154123), then halved that distance to approximate the location of the geographic midpoint. Using Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs, found coordinates for the midpoint. This same distance, which constitutes the distance from the midpoint to each of the end points, was also used as the linear extent. Input coordinates, linear extent (20165.2 m), and measurement error (0.5 m) into the MaNIS Georeferencing Calculator to find the uncertainty radius (according to the Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide, Named Place: Between two places.
