Upland forest of Quercus, Carya. Pinus.
Shrub 1.5 m. tall, 2.5 cm. in diameter, ca. 10 years old, at
edge, not in shade. Voucher for wood specimens at Kw,
Lw, MADw. Fruit held erect, green.
