8 km north-northwest of Stacy. Collected in the southern arm of Horseshoe Lake
(ED 30000300), a 110 acre basin situated in fairly level terrain. Good water clarity.
Water levels low due to drought. Low shoreline development. Individuals locally
common. Covered in fine sediments. Water depth: 30 centimeters. Associates
included Chara hydropitys, Najas guadalupensis, Sagittaria rigida, Potamogetón
robbinsii, Eleocharis palustris, Nymphaea odorata. Fine sand-silt substrate.
