8.1 km north-northwest of Stacy. Growing near the eastern shoreline of Horseshoe
Lake (ID 30000300), a 110 acre basin situated in fairly level terrain. Good water
clarity. Water levels low due to drought. Low shoreline development. Individuals
sparse. Water depth: 30 centimeters. Associates: Chara globularis, C. hydropitys,
Nitella tenuissima, Sagittaria rigida, Schoenoplectus acutus, Brasenia schreberi,
Nymphaea odorata, Potamogeton natans, P. robbinsii, Elodea canadensis, Zizania
palustris. Sand-silt substrate with a thick organic layer on top.
