the roadway from Hwy 30 (at Km 149) in lower limestone
rocky canyon, area with Acacia berlandieri, Acacia greggii.
Larrea, Opuntia spp., Viguiera stenoloba, Jatropha dioica,
Grusonia, Tecoma, Euph. antisyphilitica, Hechtia, Croton,
Gymnosperma, grasses etc,
Low growing; spikes dull red.
