Spring (running water) on partially shaded steep northeast-
facing hillside, in small opening of montane coniferous forest.
Substrate is moist and muddy, with with some small granitic
boufders and decomposed granite. Upsiope from welt-
traveled dirt road, but no obvious signs of disturbance.
Associated species; Pfnus contorta, Chamerion
angmtifolium ssp. drcumvagum, Hypericum scouted, Carex
nebrascensis, Carex hoodii, Carex luzutina
