From Kernvilte, CA, approximately 19.7 miles north on
Mountain Highway 99, then 8.0 miles east on Sherman
Pass Road (Forest Rte 22S05), then south onto Cherry
Hill Road (Forest Rte 22S12} for 9.15 miles. Turn south
onto road to Horse Meadow Campground, for 1,33
miles, then turn west onto spur road, follow for .13
miles. Hike 3,49 miles west on the Salmon Creek Trail.
