Chara foliolosa Hi. Muhl. SE1/4 of SE1/4 Sec. 30 T030N R21W 45.05142 -92.96628 3 miles southeast of the city of White Bear Lake. Wildwood City Park. Growing near the eastern shoreline of Lost Lake (ID 82013400), a small 9 acre basin situated in the St. Paul-Baldwin Plains Ecological Subsection. Good water clarity. Near the fishing pier. Locally sparse and submerged in 45 centimeters of water. Associates include Chara braunii, Ceratophyllum demersum, Heteranthera dubia, Nymphaea odorata subsp. tuberosa, Potamogeton robbinsii, P. illirtoensis, P. pus Ulus, P. crispus, Elodea canadensis, Utricularia vulgaris, Ranunculus aquatilis, Lemna trisulca, Najas flexilis, Nitella sp.
