2.5 miles east of North St. Paul. Growing near the southern shoreline of Olson Lake
(ID 82010300), an 85 acre shallow, mesotrophic basin situated in the St. Paul-
Baldwin Plains Ecological Subsection. Connected to DeMontreville Lake.
Individuals locally sparse and patchy in a sheltered bay. Excellent water clarity at
this site. Submerged in 45 centimeters of water. Additional plants observed to be
locally common around the bay's northern sand point, found in 8 -15 centimeters of
water. Associates include Chara braunii, Heteranthera dubia, Vallisneria
americana, Najas Jlexilis, Potamogeton nodosus, Myriophyllum sibiricum. Sand-silt
substrate. Elevation: 282 m.
