Disturbed savanna, foil sun, in damp seepage area, gravel of granitic loam.
Native and common.
Perennial dwarf shrub, up to 60 cm high. Petioles 5mm long. Leaves simple,
opposite, dull green, obovate, 30-40xl2-15mm, surface rough hairy. Herb-like
fragrance when leaves are crushed.
