Field Chars.: Large woody climber, stem with sharp spine, frts green
turning red then blackish red. Leaves sour-tasting.
Locality: Palawan: Taytay, Pangkol, or road Taytay - El Nido.
Habitat: Remnants of forest along road cut. Alt. ca. 50 m.
