Coastal grassland on coastal flats, in full sun, in well-drained soil of recent sand.
Native and abundant. Selago, Eragrostis curvula, Hoslundia.
Perennial grass of 70cm high, in large tufts. Leaves simple, alternate, glaucous,
30-40cm x 6-7mm, nodes conspicuous, brown, margins entire. Inflorescence a
slim panicle.
