Scrambler; rootstock; perennial, aerial parts annual, stems; arising
from a woody taproot, covered with coarse hairs, fruit; oblong,
green withdark green stripes* yellow when ripe, with soft spines,
leaves; green, ovate or elliptic, deeply divided into 3-5 lobes, hairy,
common, native.
