Empangeni: 28° 41* S: 31° 35' E
Savanna, on plain. Host of parasite grows in full sun, in well-drained, stony soil,
of granitic loam. Native and common. Acacia, Dichrostachys.
Parasite on Acacia, stems up to 20mm thick. No leaves, only inconspicious,
scale-like structures, opposite. Flowers minute, yellowish-green.
