Habitat
Patches of primary forest trees c. 35 m high in young secondary vegetation. Alluvial flat near river, terrain level.

Description
Tree 30 m high, clear bole 13 m. Fruit not mature, green. Outer bark brownish, 0.2 mm thick, fissured, not peeling off. Inner bark 7 mm thick, out reddish, in creamy-red, without exudate.
