Flats. Locally common. With arid scrub of Opuntia, Acacia, Hamatocactus, Mamillaria, Echinocactus, Echinocereus, Coryphantha, Yucca, Cordia, Ariocarpus.

Shrub to 8 dm.; corolla dark blue with white "crowfoot" on lower lip. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
