    Tree 40 m, diam. 50 cm; buttresses 2 m, out 50 cm, thick, merging into the bole; bark smooth, yellowish brown, cracked, 1 mm; living bark 10 mm, hard, brown; sapwood with yellowish, clear, sticky sap; fls. white, scattered.
